1. Introduction
Welcome to Delcom Digitals (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at https://delcomdigitals.co.ke operated by Delcom Digitals.

4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any Promotions made available through Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms. If you participate, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy. If rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, Promotion rules will apply.
5. Refunds
We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase of the Contract.

Content found on or through this Service are the property of Delcom Digitals or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Service in any way that violates national or international law, exploits minors, sends "spam," or impersonates the Company. Additionally, you agree not to use any robot, spider, or automatic device to monitor or copy our material, nor introduce viruses, logic bombs, or engage in denial-of-service attacks.
8. Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
9. No Use By Minors
Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By using Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on Service infringes on a copyright, please submit your claim via email with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” including a detailed description of the alleged Infringement.
12. DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims
Pursuant to the DMCA, please provide our Copyright Agent with a physical/electronic signature, description of the copyrighted work, URL of the infringing material, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the info provided is accurate.
13. Error Reporting and Feedback
You may provide feedback concerning errors or improvements. You acknowledge that Company may use such Feedback without obligation of confidentiality or compensation to you.

THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY COMPANY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES.
16. Limitation Of Liability
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD US HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. IF LIABILITY IS FOUND, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES.
